One-Time International F-1 Student Application Fee – is required of all international students who submit an application for admission to American Language Center. It is used to defray the cost of processing an application, placement test, and issuance of form I-20 (for principal applicant only).
Application for Admission Fee (Non F-1) – is required of all non-international (non F-1) students who submit an application for admission to American Language Center. It is used to cover the cost of processing an application and placement test.
TOEFL Preparation Program Lab Fee – covers Institutional TOEFL tests and other related materials.
Dependent Application Fee (international students only) – covers processing of an international student’s dependent application and issuance of an I-20
Student Government Association Fee – supports activities designed by the American Language Center Student Government Association i.e. school celebrations. Student Government representatives make decisions about this fee.
General Fee – is used to offset some of the costs of instructional and administrative equipment and supplies.
Student ID (Non-mandatory) – is charged if a student requests an ID card
Student Activity Fee – funds student services and trips to the theater that are required by the school.
Returned Check /Rejected Transaction Fee – is charged on all checks returned by the bank and all other transactions rejected by the bank including, but not limited to ACH, wire and credit card charges.
Late Payment Fee – is charged for balances not paid by the due date with a four-day grace period.
